Gethsemane Nepali A.G Church is a vibrant and growing community of Nepali believers in Bangalore, dedicated to worshiping God, serving one another, and reaching out to our community with the love of Christ.

Founded with a vision to provide a spiritual home for the Nepali-speaking community in Bangalore, our church has grown into a thriving congregation with two locations serving different parts of the city.

We are part of the Assemblies of God fellowship, committed to biblical teaching, passionate worship, and active community engagement.

Our History

Gethsemane Nepali A.G Church was born out of a deep desire to create a spiritual home for the growing Nepali community in Bangalore. What started as small prayer meetings has grown into a thriving congregation with two locations.

The Beginning

Started with a small group of Nepali believers meeting for prayer and fellowship in homes.

First Church Established

Established our main church at SGR Dental College Campus in Marathahalli, providing a permanent place of worship.

Branch Church Opened

Opened our branch church in Sarjapur Road area to serve the growing community in that region.

Growing Impact

Continuing to grow and serve the Nepali community with multiple services, fellowships, and ministry programs.

What We Believe

The Gospel

We believe in salvation through faith in Jesus Christ alone, who died for our sins and rose again.

Scripture

We believe the Bible is God's inspired, infallible Word and our ultimate authority.

The Trinity

We believe in one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Baptism

We practice water baptism by immersion as an outward sign of inward faith.

Holy Spirit

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

Second Coming

We believe in the personal, imminent return of Jesus Christ for His church.
